VIDEO IDENTIFICATION
Why does the customer have to do this?
During the very first payment with cashpresso, the customer has to identify himself with a short video call. This ensures that the buyer and the cashpresso applicant are the same person.
Note: For data protection reasons, the customer must carry out the identification alone.
What does the customer need for the video call?
1. Valid photo ID (currently we accept passport or identity card),
2. Smartphone with front camera or tablet / laptop with camera,
3. Stable internet connection (cashpresso recommends using the cashpresso app) and good lighting conditions.
The customer has been waiting for a available staff member for the video call for a long time. What can I do?
cashpresso works with several providers who make the video call. If there are longer waiting times or problems with one provider, the customer can switch to another provider directly in the cashpresso account at the push of a button.
REGISTRATION ISSUES
The customer cannot register. What could be the reason?
This can have different reasons, such as the address given does not correspond to the customer’s main residence, incorrect spelling of the data or insufficient creditworthiness. As part of the registration process, we are legally obliged to check the customer’s creditworthiness.

DEPOSIT AND REDEMPTION
How does a deposit work?
If the invoice amount exceeds the available frame, the payment can still be processed with a down payment. If the payment has been processed successfully, the deposit will be debited automatically from the customer’s bank account a few days after the transaction.

How are cashpresso rates debited from your bank account?
During registration, the customer can choose between direct debit and manual monthly transfers. The payment arrangements can be changed at any time afterwards.
